At UFG Traders, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Please read our delivery policy to understand the details of our shipping process. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 – 4 business days, subject to availability and credit verification. During sale periods, delivery times may be extended to 5-6 business days. Please note that any requests to change orders will result in the cancellation of your current order and the creation of a new one. If the merchandise you’ve selected is not currently in stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, we will contact you through a follow-up email. Please be advised that we do not offer Saturday delivery. Bags: Our exclusive UFG Traders packaging bags are produced in limited quantities and are reserved for items from our latest collections. Please be aware that these dust bags are not included with mystery packages or items from our end-of-season sales. Delivery Timeframe: Please note that the delivery time does not include weekends or public holidays. Although we make every effort to ship orders promptly, longer waiting times may occur during peak periods. If you are not present at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with your tracking number, enabling you to collect your order from your local depot. Delivery Options for UK Residents: For UK residents, we offer the following delivery option: Standard Delivery: Free shipping all in UK Return Policy We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from UFG Traders. Please review our return policy for information on returning items. Returns Period: We offer a 14-day returns period for items once received. When sending items back for a refund and/or exchange, please complete the returns form provided. Return Conditions: All returned items must be unworn and come with their original tags and packaging, if applicable. There should be no evidence of stains or odors on the items. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the goods being sent back. If you’ve received items as a gift, please provide the order details from the original purchase. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your request and the return of the items. Please note that products purchased under the Mystery Box option cannot be refunded or exchanged. Underwear and socks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Return Shipping: Please be aware that we do not offer free returns. If you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us for assistance. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned items reach us safely. We recommend using a traceable returns service and obtaining proof of postage in case you need to inquire about your return. Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item, UFG Traders will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days.
