Making a Purchase

You will then be given the option to checkout or continue shopping. Once you’re ready to go to your shopping basket, click on the ‘checkout’ button. A running total will appear of what you have ordered where you can remove or add more items. If you have a discount code, this can be added by clicking ‘I have a discount code’ and entering your discount code. When you’re ready to place an order click on the ‘place order’ button, where you will be asked to enter your email address. You will then be required to enter a few details, choose your delivery method and complete the payment method section. You are then ready to agree to our terms and conditions and make a payment to complete the order. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to notify you that your order is being processed. By placing an order you are opting in to receive marketing materials via your submitted email address from UFG Traders Limited. You can opt-out at any time by unsubscribing using the link in the email. UFG Traders Limited reserves the right to exclude certain categories or products from site-wide promotions. The Innerwear products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when your item/items have been dispatched. However, if you receive an email to notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the instructions the contract between us will be void. On the rare occasion that your order is not accepted you will be notified via email as soon as possible. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: The product you ordered is unavailable from stock. We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. A pricing or product description error has been identified. You have failed to meet the ‘eligibility to order’ criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order through the UFG Traders Limited website you confirm that: You are older than 18 years of age, legally capable and authorised to enter into a contract. You accept all the terms of trading set out in this document.

Payment and Currencies

We accept payments by most major credit or debit cards, which are processed securely online. Credit card transactions are pre-authorized immediately through our secure payment systems. As part of our commitment to customer security, we may contact you to request further validation of your details. Please do not send credit card details via email, as our online store offers a significant level of security not available through email communication. Remittance Terms

Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before shipping. Tax Charges Where necessary purchase taxes are included in the price of our products. Should you require a tax receipt for your order, please request this by e-mail and quote your order number. The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state. Security As far as we are aware there have not been any documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. Delivery

Delivery charges apply to mainland UK only. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery location, as a surcharge will be applied for re-delivery if an incorrect address is given. Delivery will be made through a carrier, and details for large shipments will be advised separately to ensure smooth off-loading at the delivery point. Most items are in stock and will be dispatched the following day. If delivery will take more than 5 working days, we will inform you by email. Standard delivery services operate between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. For special delivery arrangements, it is your responsibility to confirm requirements, and an additional delivery charge may apply. All goods must be inspected upon arrival to ensure they match the delivery and order documentation, and they must be signed for. Responsibility for the items transfers to you once the carrier has obtained a signed delivery note.

We shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill our obligations under this contract due to circumstances beyond our control.

Dispute & Chargesbacks

Customer needs to contact and register there complaint and send there product within 15 days from actual shipping date. All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the User by the respective Seller may be returned to the Seller in accordance with the terms contained in the respective Seller policy. However no Products will be accepted by the BSK Traders limited if (a) the Products have been damaged by the User (b) if there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product (c) if as per the UFG Traders Limited the product returned is not the Product that was delivered. In case of returns/Exchange: Return/Exchange should be initiated within 15 days of order delivery. The tags on the product should be intact. The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging. If the user wants to return the product within 15 days from the delivery date and UFG Traders Limited does not offer pickup of the items, then user can return the package using any courier service of his/her choice.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to or your use of the Services. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
